Hi, I’m Ruben Sandoval, a movement specialist and strength and conditioning coach based in Dallas, Texas. My mission is to help people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free lives. With years of experience and certifications in Functional Range Systems (FRS) and more, I specialize in addressing pain and body imbalances by strengthening joint health and improving mobility.
Through personalized training programs, I empower clients to regain control over their bodies and achieve their goals—whether it’s overcoming chronic pain, recovering from injury, building strength, or reaching peak athletic performance.
My Approach
Every session begins with understanding you. I provide a full-body passive and active range of motion assessment to uncover underlying issues and tailor a plan that works for your body. Using proven methodologies like Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and table-assisted joint strength training, I focus on:
- Joint Health and Stability: Strengthening and expanding joint space for better control and movement.
- Chronic Pain Relief: Addressing the root cause of pain for lasting results.
- Improved Body Mechanics: Teaching you to move efficiently, reducing the risk of future injuries.
I combine cutting-edge techniques with personalized coaching to create a comprehensive experience. My clients range from athletes looking to level up their performance to individuals seeking relief from discomfort and improved mobility.

Why I Do What I Do
After years of working with people from all walks of life, I’ve seen how transformational movement can be. I believe everyone deserves to feel strong and capable in their own body, and I’m here to help make that a reality.
When I’m not training clients at Paradigm Gyms (located just outside Highland Park) or designing online workout programs, I’m constantly exploring new methods to bring even more value to those I work with.
